=(eGO)= has too large an =(Ego)=!
I. Introduction:
We select members of the Steam community have come together to protest the popularity of a gaming organization. This gaming organization uses underminded tactics to populate their servers, and while in their servers does not respect their regulars unless they become part of the organization. This organization we speak of is EdgeGamers, or =(eGO)=™, as they abbriviate themselves in-game.
II. Disclaimer
We do not hate every single member of =(eGO)=™, or even single members of =(eGO)=™, we simply hate the organization and how it presents itself to the gaming community. Why, some of us even have good friends in =(eGO)=™.
III. Our Quarrel
__A. Trademarking Overuse - They shoved ™ down our throats until they removed it when they became registered.
__B. Spaces in Server Titles - They use spaces to bump themselves up the server browser.
__C. Advertisements - Ads cause you to get banned quickly because they take up space where rules should go.
____1. They take up the M.O.T.D. - I like joining servers to see ads.
____2. Rules Not Clear - Wait, you banned me for doing what?
____3. Banned for No Reason - Oh, right, banned for "Reason: Other."
__D. Administrators - Everyone hates them mainly because of their administrators.
____1. No Community - Admins do not aspire to create a community that invovles pubbers.
____2. Admins Do Everything - Admins do not want anyone other than themselves to try enforcing rules.
____3. Too Many Admins - So many admins causes things like favortism and knowing how to brown nose.
____4. No Consistency - Admins can ban you for whatever reason they like, as long as they can make it sound good enough.
____5. Admin Abuse - Admins abuse passively.
__E. Not a Family Organization - They claim to be, but they really aren't.
____1. "M" for Mature - Oh, so you have what age group playing games for 17-year olds?
____2. Borderline Porn in Sprays - Sure, no porn, but they have girls in bikinis as close as possible and even worse.
IV. Our Mission
Our Mission is to decay the popularity of =(eGO)=™ servers in a mature fashion, by protesting and expanding this group, until =(eGO)=™ presents itself as an honest, decent gaming organiztion.
