This is the official steam group for the 3rd Marine Regiment (3rd MAR) of WW1 Source. Marines and Recruits of the 3rd Marines share this channel collectively to announce unit related material for eachother's benefit and organization of our unit and our SOP.
Each Marine/Recruit of the unit needs to check this page periodically throughout the week for recent announcements or planned events. Though we only have our official drill on the last Saturday of every month, we sometimes have muster calls for meetings, match practices and very large unit updates that occur outside our normal functioning dates.

Better graphics than Company of Heroes (hard to beat a game like that but it does) is the first thing youll notice. But you have greater control of the battlefield is what I like more about Order of War over CoH. Including aircraft. You actually see stuka dive bombers making precision drops, youll see the flying fortress's with escorts tearing through your defenses, tanks are few and fearsome...all in all, a much more realistic feel to WW2 than CoH had. Now Im not a naysayer of CoH, by far a game every WW2 fan should play and a great investment. But seeing its the most popular game that is similiar to Order of War it seemed right to compare the two.
To all my firends out there, its on sale. Get it while it is hot!
