Amazing stealth game. Takes the best parts of Dishonored (Or Thief.. but then Thief doesn't really count because it also tried to take all the best parts of Dishonored) and puts it into a much more platform game type experience.

Freeform controls, so no "designated" ledge spots like thief - this game allows you to go from A to B however it suits. Level design attempts to limit this, but there's usually many different ways to complete things and many different ways things can pan out.

Excellent story and concept too - hopefully this new IP is successful because it'd be great to see more in this universe.

I played for 5 minutes until I discovered I can win fights by pausing the game, and deconstructing my boat so the enemy pirate who was previously standing on it falls into the ocean.

Not normally a fan of roguelike games, this one is an exception in that the gameplay is fun enough that constantly dying and being taken back to level 1 isn't as much a frustration as it is a learning experience, with enough depth in decisions (spending money on upgrades vs health vs banking it etc) to keep it fresh.

FPS controls are super responsive and accurate, so it never feels like you've been "cheated" out of a shot - they always land exactly where you want them to, and this makes it all the more satisfying.
