This is the most I've ever paid for a game. I preordered it on my old 1660 Super computer and it ran fine. Then I figured I'd wait to play it on my new 4070 pc, seeing it with better graphics, etc. I have never played a game that crashed as much as this does. Sometimes I can play a few hours without crashing and other times it literally crashes dozens of times an hour. I have spent hours scouring the internet and forums for advice and it's still an unplayable mess. I really want to finish it, but FFFF this game.

Good story which pretty much redeems the other weaknesses, chiefly the controls. If you're using a keyboard, many times you're expected to hold E then press D, W and S simultaneously, and so on. Maybe changing difficulty or using a controller makes that better, but I don't know. I have a new PC with a very fast processor and SSD, and there are still extremely long load times between chapters, while I'm staring at an uncomfortable closeup of a character's face. There are many different endings to the game as it can play out depending on overcoming the controls or making different choices, but I couldn't be persuaded to go thru the game more than once.

Crap puzzle game with slow text you can't get rid of fast enough, a relationship delineated by someone who's never had a date, and no explanation of what to do to get out of the area and progress. I hated this soooo much.

Too hard. The first few puzzles are all right then they become tedious and to get perfect completion is more work than I care to do.

Sex is top-notch but the story is better. One of the better AVNs.

MC is creepy and annoying and it's just unbelievable any of these women find him attractive despite all his inside knowledge and tricks. Kinda awkward to take out the incestuous parts.

Just weird and annoying and it doesn't allow you to advance as fast as you want. I completed it twice in an hour and am underwhelmed.

I completed half the game years ago and decided to start over to finish it, and then I remembered why I quit. This game is quite short if you know what to do but that is not at all clear. Sometimes stepping on a button kills you, sometimes not, et cetera, so it's a matter of trial and many many many errors, plus consulting a walkthru oftentimes. The motions required can be very precise, making it ridiculously hard. There is almost no music and the art style goes along with that, which I thought was one of the positives. There is no story, so motivation to continue can be lacking. I realize many masochistic people love this game, but I wouldn't recommend it to everyone. The achievements are revealing in that less than a third complete it and only 2% complete the game with less than five deaths. At least you could really feel you had achieved something.

I tried every different "choice" I could the second playthru and ended up with the same ending. I don't care for horror movies anyway and got this as part of a package, so I'm not out much money, but it's four hours wasted on a film I would quit streaming after half an hour. It's like falling asleep watching a bad movie and waking up watching a different cut of the same film with what ended up on the cutting room floor. Just a horrible mess of a game. Did anyone even storyboard or flowchart this garbage? Twice watching this and I have 1/4 ending? Certainly not going to waste time trying to get a different one.

If you're familiar with LiS, you kind of know what to expect. This story is shorter than expected. I finished it twice in 36 hours, and that includes the DLC with Steph and hours spent playing the two arcade games, which are so-so. I got 4 of the six main endings and there isn't a lot of variation there, plus the lack of an ability to skip or fast forward hampers replayability. Overall, recommended for its touching story and characters.
