If people pressed F1/F2 randomly, few people would be able to get kicked out. I regularly see someone trying to kick out a medic because he heals just one person and people consciously vote against it. So I guess you're wrong about that, too.

People who did absolutely nothing get kicked often, even without anyone saying anything or having the vote menu unspecified. People just randomly push F1 or F2.

There are no rules for voice spam. This is a democracy, the majority decided that he was a prick, not me. People are annoyed that instead of playing a game, they have to dig through the menu to mute the person. So everything is fair.
By the way, as far as I remember, he was kicked out only the second time. The first time I started voting, and the second time someone else did it.

It's not exactly annoying your team when half the people enjoy it and continue with the tts, even requesting music on it.

It's simple rules, don't like micspam, just mute the person.
