I grew up with them. It's not my fault you stupidly didn't get the games when they released.
and even though its rare i touch Boring Fortress 2, i'm not apt to just let go of anything Sam & Max related. Especially not for weak in game item junk for a game i barely play.
I repeat I DO NOT CARE FOR TEAM FORTRESS 2 GARBAGE AND WILL NOT TRADE FOR IT!!!!!
START DOWN HERE! :) That aside, I'm up for gaming anytime in any game i have. Love me some co op, especially old school (Duke Nukem 3D, Quake, you name it! Dieing for some ol' Quake 2 co op..) I have a mic if i'm not being to lazy to use it (or watching TV while i game since its attached to a head set)
So don't be afraid to speak up, i've a lot of games, and few friends to game with these days. Life is a beach.. :/
What may not seem like much is actually a spectacular look at proper realism in gaming like its never been seen before.
A bit awkward at first learning the controlls, but once you get them down it becomes more on trying to navigate and stay alive, while managing your very limited ammunition, and hoping to find more before you get nailed by the randomly placed bots and turrets.
An awesome game for understanding the REAL mechanics behind a sidearm, and a blast as a game as well.
Far worth more than the asking price by a long shot.
Don't go in expecting the highest end GFX and best AI, bring a couple of other players, and enjoy the game. Its pretty much what any Aliens based game has been so far except it fits into the movies more rather than branching off into a different reality sometime in the distant future (to them).
A good game alone at best, an even better one with a couple other players. But lets not go hating on for what it does RIGHT *glares at kotaku* and instead hate what it does wrong (bad Ai)
Excellent game, spectacular graphics if you can support them.
Facial anims suck though.
But the story, gameplay, and visuals are amazing overall.
If your afraid of DRM though GoG has it DRM free but lacking achievements.
Also voice overs may seem kinda harsh and forced, but if you've played the first one, and come to understand the characters and world, it really fits more than one might think.
A must have for RPG's of new and old. Has an easy mode, and a much much more advanced mode.
But beware, needs a beast of a system to play.
