Friends For Life

Friends For Life means just that, we have been gaming together for too long to remember!

Shafter, Sentinel (now Carbonfibre ) and Mination all played Quake 3 in [8] (Clan Infinity). Whilst playing Quake regularly, we also played Counter Strike where we met Lanix (formerly member of [RSI] Q2 clan) and Jaapster. We then formed cs[8] and the core 5 of us have played together ever since! Next came Medal of Honour (enter Eraser), after one to many upgrades of Counterstrike which killed the gameplay. The clan reformed as [51st] (The Fifty First State), and picked up Niko along the way. Call of Duty was the last game we played as [51st].

There was a bit of a lull where we just gamed together and not actively clanned. During this time we enjoyed Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, Battlefield 1942, Joint Operations and Battlefield 2.
The November release of Enemy Territory Quake Wars reignited our competitive edge and like a phoenix from the ashes =FFL= has been born!.
