If you love the NHL, minor leagues or even the world hockey scene, then this game is for you. Take the reins as boss of your favorite team and scout, trade and negotiate your way to a championship! Practice your hockey sportscasting skills from high in the booth as you watch little jersey numbers slide across the ice. Of course, you'll be the only one to hear yourself, but take it from someone who does voice work...it's a lot of fun!

This side-scrolling space adventure is a series of miniature quests, each with a specific winning condition. Since each quest is designed to be completed in 60 seconds or less, failure is no big deal; simply rewind the last minute of your life and try again. The original version of the game was considerably tougher than it is now, and for me the patch progression is almost as much fun as the game itself! QSD is a great value, even when it's not on sale.

This game features a strong, uplifting story...along with strong, uplifting protagonist (legend says he could lift a horse). Follow "Pier the Great" as he avenges his wife's murder and vows to rebuild this home town, which was destroyed by an invading Saxon army. Discover the strong cultural ties to one of western Europe's greatest heroes.

Early Access Review
Today is September 4th and I'm happy to announce an addendum to my original article. With this morning's updates, the game's mechanics have been revamped, rendering this early access product completely playable. So invert that mouse, remap those keys and prepare for jumpy, frightening fun. I also douse the lights and pump the A/C for extra ambience!

Early Access Review
All Guns On Deck is a naval combat RTS featuring both strategy and tactics. Rather than acquiring guns and inventory in the traditional way, this game utilizes collectible item "chips", which can be snapped into special inventory "sockets". When all your chips are placed, you enter combat. Drop hired sailors into various positional "seats" below decks...balance your offensive gunners with your defensive repair crew to guarantee victory. Rid the seas of all who would thwart you!

The Howler combines elements of Angry Birds with Super Meat Boy...quite the combo. Navigate a hot-air balloon through treacherous missions without getting popped! Deliver packages safely and drop bombs on selected targets, all the while protecting yourself from destruction. The game is very challenging, but equally rewarding. Got nerves of steel? Then this game is for you.

Revisit the left/right side-scrolling schmups of the '80s...with a twist! You can now flip your ship to face north and south, while bound to an equatorial "horizon". Maneuver between hemispheres, face formidable bosses and make your way to breakout-style bonus rounds to up your score and earn achievements!

The classic MUD (Multi-User Dungeon) is back and enhanced! Inspired by the early mainframe text input programs of the 1970s, this game will take you back...or take your parents back. Either way, you can't help but smile as you explore and loot your way to victory; one keystroke at a time.
