我们的法律体系并不够完善，中国真正开始现代的法律研究是从新中国成立后开始的，我们现在也在努力的是法律能够尽量跟上时代，中国是一个飞跃式进步的国家，有很多时候法律跟不上时代的发展，在过去法律不那么完善的时候有很多的问题，我们也一直在调整，你不能指望所有的法官不犯任何错误，对于过去的冤假错案，我们的法院会尽全力给予冤屈之人清白，国家也会尽力对受害者做出补偿，但也请你对中国法治的发展留有信心，中国的法治社会在建设当中，我们没有西方国家几百来对于法律的研究，只能借鉴他国并结合国情进行改进，而且现在的法律已经有了很大的进步，所以希望你能为冤屈者发生的时候，也请你对中国的法治多一点信任和期望。
