to play this game, you need to activate directplay in windows. just lookup youtube videos on how to activate directplay. the videos i have seen are pretty much straight forward. In windows 10 for directplay, install the june 2010 directx runtimes. you can download them from the ms download center. as for gameplay, you can play this with all details with a intel hd 4600. In other words, not much graphical power is needed since it's 1999 game. as for controls, buy a joystick because your going to need your hands close to the keyboard to run most of the commands and a xb360 gamepad doesn't have enough buttons to cover all of the commands for the game. BTW, also google the game .pdf manual, you'll need it understand the many commands in the game. stupid steam didn't include the manual. without the manual, you'll be lost.

very good successor to air combat. Doesn't need a lot of graphical power. Waiting on a gtx 960 to arrrive and currently using a intel hd 4600 on a core i7 4790k. Can turn the graphics up to the highest custom settings and it's smooth as butter on a igpu based video card. I am glad that iceberg interactive picks out good indie devs to publish for. Iceberg are also the guys who publish for gamepires, the guys who make the very awesome gas guzzlers extreme. BTW, use a xb360 game pad with this as the manual shows all of the buttons allocated to that game controller. I find it easier to play with a xb360 controller than a thrustmaster usb joystick.

if you like Max Payne but don't want to spend the AAA bucks, then this game is for you. 3rd person just like max. Bullet Time just like max. The story is a mexican police agent fighting against the cartels. Owned the disc copy back in 2006 but never played it since I didn't know the cheat codes (goto www.cheathappens.com, these ones are free) to play the game. For it's time, it's a awesome little game. With a SSD, load times are a breeeze.

I have played 4 hours of this game and am hooked. I can adoration for Elizabeth. She gives you everything you need in the game when you need it, Found the game so awesome (got it as a never settle forever freebie in 2013) that I bought the season pass. For those that don't know, the install doubles to 41gb for all of the DLC from the original 20gb for the single game.

don't buy this crap! I thought with the HD remake that you could control the gun with the mouse instead of what capcom/UBISOFT did in the original boxed pc version of the game where there was no mouse control and all was controlled by the keyboard. All they did was allow you to do with the mouse is move the camera around (not a head or gun camera like re5 and re6, more like a free floating camera) which screws you up if you are used to the mouse being head/gun control like re5 and re6.

if your going to play this, buy a actual joystick that can yaw, roll, turn and go up and down all in one stick. Tried this on a xb360 game pad. Your up, down and roll maneuvers are on one left stick. The yaw and precision maneuvers are on the other stick. And the worst part is that the maneuver controls for the xb360 gamepad aren't even listed in the control bindings. And strike suit developers, make a .pdf manual with keyboard/mouse controls in it at least. When I get a actual joystick, I will play this game. It should be noted in the game description rather than partial controller support, the developer should have recommended gamepads/joysticks for the game. I know it's a low buget game but get your support correct in your steam game description.

liked the game right up untill you bond/sign your soul to a demon/devil. In other words, being the good guy, you sacrifice yourself to your enemy just like spawn the comic book character to save the day. How ass backwards of a hero can you get? Evil cannot be good, period. It can be tamed to respect and coexist with good, but once turned, you can't go back theoretically once you sign your soul off. Same goes for hell boy. In both movies, he was seen as the prince of the devil but can save the day. One day or another, the righteous deity is going to fight back.

Very good game. The controls for the helicopter missions will catch you off guard. You have to control the gunner and pilot at the same time even if you are using a gamepad. One thumbstick aims the weapons and one controls the pilots direction. I am a old school gamer that played apache helicopter games like microprose's gunship from the 90's where the aim and piloting were controlled by a joystick all in one control set where you where you went is where you aimed. As for the gunner and aircraft missions are simple and straight forwards for controls where for the aircraft, one thumbstick controls the flying and the other is used for camera angles/views. As for views, you can view at least from either the pilots HUD display view of the game or you can view from behind the planes. Both views allow you to see all of the enemy tracking while flying, I wish I could have played the ubisoft HAWX series to compare the air combat. But this game gets a thumbs up from me.

if you like tag teaming of RE5 (off and online), you will love this. I have only played 2 chapters of leon kennedy and I am knee deep into the game. This game really gives you a sense of accomplishment when you get to save points in the game. BTW, if you buy the game and wonder what's going on, it's a game prelude. Something not many games do in terms of story.

edit: when you go into late portions of the chris redfield campaign, there is a part where the camera goes into classic alone in the dark mode where you are fleeing from a 100 foot tall BOW up ramps and over obstacles. The part I have is when your character goes off camera and since it's a scripted and timing event, one slip up and your toast. Well, I couldn't complete the campaign because of the poor camera angle at one point during the run.

Also, the same thing happens when you are on a ski doo trying to outrun a avalanche in the jake muller campaign. There is a part where your you have to angle jump from one area to another and the camera angle doesn't work in the sense you don't have the proper perspective to make the jump without gettting caught in the avalanche.

for those who remember the days of Activision's Death Track from the 80's for the pc, you will love this. You can pretty much do anything that death track could do except fire caltops. The only downside to the game is that for looking back, in any cam view, you have a rear view mirror. You actually have to look back via gamepad/key bindings to see what's behind you. As for variety of customization, it starts slowly and allows you to enjoy the build up of your cars you own (you can own multiple cars). Good variety of race types and tracks too.
