Cool Idea, poorly executed. Spend your money somewhere else.

Have you played Painkiller? No? Go play it. Yes? Go play it again. You will noticed the design company is not the same as the original. It felt like I was playing a half baked mod. And this piece of crap should have been a free mod cause it is criminally bad. The level design is piss poor, the designers seemed to have a problem with flat surfaces as there are almost none to be found. The game advertises an advanced engine with better lighting and physics. The lighting was terrible and ocasionally made me feel ill. They also boast advanced enemies who will try and attack from behind and take short cuts to catch you. I watched them get stuck behind simple obstacles probably due to poor level design. I'm only hitting the highlights here beleive me there are plenty more flaws I'm not even going to bother to mention. The summary is: not worth any ammount of money even if on sale. Just go play the real thing and not this imitation piece of crap.

A great meat and potatoes FPS. This game doesn't pretend to be anything it isn't. Sometimes you wan to skip all the extra stuff they throw in games these days and just blow stuff apart. That's what this game is for, a decent story that doesn't pop up to much to be annoying, beautiful environments, and lots of intresting and different enemies keeps the game from getting stale. I highly recommend this one.
