hydeph's Oxycontin Beta Carotene v4.07 - New Server Again!

Sorry it took me so long to change the news. We have yet another server change. Hydeph has been so gracious to allow us to use his server for the time being. This one should have much more reliable fast download. I hope to keep it uptodate with new maps and modifications (modified single player and other maps).
