And I find myself in 2009 updating my profile after playing TFC for some 10 years. Most of my old teams have split apart and disbanded. All the old IRC channels are still there but noone hangs out anymore (sad) My old roommate was |cE from Uberzone when they were superleet (Blackrose is still best offense I've ever seen in TFC). I formed great bonds with so many great people and formed some lasting friendships. [-TF-]Soundwave was at my wedding in Anchorage. [-TF-]Hotrod was at my Bday party 2 yrs. ago. We all keep in close contact with each other (when we can). And they are still my best friends in the world.

My specialty in TFC is still defense. Out of all the classes, I'm still best at Engi and HW (Fatty).

It seems we played in almost every legitimate TFC league in 7v7. Our main participating, for the most part, was UGC 7v7 and after losing a couple heartbreaking league titles we went platinum. We had some amazing players team up with us to help us out in 2003/2004. Our team eventually won the platinum 7v7 title in UGC in 2005 but, like all other things in UGC, it didn't last long. But we had worked for so long, all the latenight practices and pissed off roommates,wives, and girlfriedns etc.. And it all culminated with being the top dog for a while (which wasn't really the goal in the first place, but it was nice).

My first TFC clan was "Exemplar Sect" -=ES=-. Most of the practices involved pug screaming at his Defense all night. I was still playing in TF at the time when we created a really close bond to team [-nZ] "Negative Zero". I left ES in 2003 I think and joined up with NZ. I started off in NZ owning nubs in 5v5 TFL. OMG the memories! I still think about people like BlackCloud. I can't believe these guys like porkrinds!

For a while I got involved with specialty guilds like BB and BW. I tried out for BB after getting an invite but I didn't make it. I joined up with team Violent Realm (an old soldier guild) which still has an IRC channel that is usually occupied.

I now have a 4 year old son and a wife that busts my balls 24/7 but life is great. I work on a military installation as a private contractor and I think I have the best job in the world. I primarily do CAD/AutoCAD Design work and Asbuilts for our projects. Hard to find free time these days but the money is good.

I have an extra copy of Halflife 2 and a guest pass for Team Fortress 2 since I just got the Orange Box. If anyone wants it let me know.

Sometimes I still see Hotrod on here. I have no idea what Soundwave has been up to. Last I heard he was leaving Alaska for school somewhere on the West Coast.

I've seen my old roommate IcE on a couple times but it's been a really long time since I've seen him too. Varuker is on alot still. If anyone out there is someone that used to be a teammate or just someone I used to pub with, please add me.

I've been pubbing alot lately. But I still haven't really seen anyone I used to pub with except B4B Benny. (Was kinda shocked to see him still pubbing these days).

SERVER BAN/UNBAN

The policy is strict.
Excess ping = permanent ban (from all servers if there is no admin and excess 10min)
Insult = permanant ban
Cheat = permanant ban
afk = One day ban/permanent Ban (depending of the weather)

If you want to be unbanned after insult, excess ping, afk, ... you MUST post on our
forum in the unban section of your spoken language. If you have insulted or whatever
don't forget to apologize, don't just say "unban me..." :)
