Stuck on a Boss Fight. Help?

I'm on the boss fight where I have to face off the Queen of England which is a whopping Level 90. I'm around Level 93 and I've obtained the Hose of Holy, and upgraded it to Level 4. I'm supposed to be playing Putt Putt, but this one boss keeps kicking my ass. Any strategies? I'm not even at the final boss yet and this is really frustrating. Especially when your Putt Putt is a Thief build....

I got all the Humongous Games from Humble Bundle and Putt Putt Saves the Zoo was one of my favorites when I was a kid (and one of the few I could actually beat with my tiny child brain). Replaying it now I was hit was nostalgia when I heard the opening song, the topiaries at the gate singing their song, the polar bear hockey game... practically all the game.

I'm almost 30 and I wanna beat all the old Humongous games I couldn't as a kid but I had to start with one of my favorites first. And while I am almost 30, I totally recommend this for those who have young kids as a game to play; take it from a former Putt-Putt kid gamer they won't be disappointed.
