[KI] slashcrack, your quote is wrong. Not 'Linux and Ubuntu', I wrote 'Ubuntu Linux'. Ubuntu is slow and buggy. Debian, RHEL/RHEL, CentOS, Fedora, SLES/SLED, openSUSE, Mageia, PClinuxOS, Sabayon, Yellow Dog and many other Linux distributions are stable in work and fast.

I would like to say a little bit about that 'Linux and Ubuntu is shit, slow and buggy' thing you posted in the OMG! Steam group. I think you don't even know what Linux is. Linux is everywhere in your life - the whole Internet like Youtube, Facebook, Google and Twitter. Your mobile runs Linux. Your TV runs Linux. Even some car tuners run Linux. So you say that the whole world is shit? I dont understand how dumb you are.

We really need updates to the Linux Group, so much has happened, even the groups name has become irreverent. Their are many members that are willing to help and contribute to the group, please assign more admins!

Oil Rush game is Real Time Naval Strategy

OilRush is a real-time strategy game based on group control. It offers mechanics of a classical RTS combined with a Tower Wars genre: control the upgrade of production platforms as well as their defence forces, and send battle groups of naval and air units to capture enemy platforms and oil rigs.

In a post-apocalyptic flooded world there are two things running short: oil and time. The last survivors in a desperate desire to seize control and dominate the enemy have started the naval warfare that turned the whole world into one large battlefield. In these harsh and cruel times, oil is thicker than blood.

Эта игра создаётся в Томске, Россия авторами мощного игрового движка Unigine. Движок кроссплатформенный, поддерживает передовую графику на основе OpenGL 4.1 или DirectX 11, также работает и в OpenGL 2.1 и DirectX 9. Naval-strategy означает что действие производится на море-океане. Мы захватываем нефтяные вышки, сборочные платформы с юнитами, а что ещё я пока не знаю - релиза ещё не было. Свои и чужие строения в море охраняются, охранные башни можно "прокачивать" разлиными способами! Со временем игроку начисляется опыт и появляются новые виды юнитов. Игровой процесс своеобразен и не похож на многие другие стратегии. Релиз состоялся в январе 2012 года.
