You've argued about stupid crap with each other endlessly in GD, now it's time for more direct methods of conflict resolution!

This isn't like most the other "MMO"s out there, the combat is actually fun and rewarding. Rather than being based on stats and cooldowns, the combat in Spiral Knights is more focused towards timing, dodging and blocking. You need skill to be able to play well and it doesn't matter what your gear is like if you suck.
Its alot more like Zelda: A Link to the past than it is WoW, and I find that kind of real-time action to be much more engaging.
If you like metroidvania games, you'll love this.
I believe Aquaria captures the nostalgia of classic games like Super Metroid/Castlevania (SoTN) and will easily remain to be one of my favourite games of all time.
The controls are very smooth and the gameplay is quite challenging, it definitely feels rewarding.
There are very few games that make me want to 100% them, but Aquaria is one of those few.
This is easily the most challenging fun I've had for a long long time. The levels are mostly quite short but very rewarding and the gameplay is very addicive especially because of the fast load times and almost non existent respawn times.
This is a game that makes me want to strive for 100%. The last game I 100%'ed was Aquaria, which is an equally awesome game for different reasons.
There are many retro-references that made me laugh out loud and the overall polished controls, level design, art and music makes an all round perfect package.
Super Meat Boy is easily going to be one of my "classics" in the future that I will come back to enjoy again.
