Rustling through the beginning, with there already little details of hidden nooks and crannies, this game is astounding. I've only just begun and after the first boss it becomes so poignant I almost shed a tear. Fantastic writing on the poetic side. Beautiful animations. I cannot wait to get even further into the game. For the price this is a steal and a must play for any storytelling/poetry lovers and rpg fans (and even with a little girl as the protagonist I am enjoying the hell out of this)

Gimme steam achievments or cards and I'm in.

whats wrong with a female protagonist that you have to put it in parentheses?

It goes straight to the game after the first activation of ubisoft. Only when you exit the game you see the Uplay.

does this game force you to use UPLAY on top of steam?

Having witnessed, on youtube, a portion of the story unfolding,
I would say "fantastic" is not an poor description of the writing.

"Forced" might be a better choice in the eyes of the majority,
as deciding to rhyme so much takes the experience from neat to cringeworthy.

Get my point? I'm not quite done.
You said nothing about the RPG fun.

The combat seems well-designed, but the skill-tree is not the best.
Statistical in nature, in this day and age, it feels more like a math test.

Now, please understand, I do not claim the entire game to be paltry.
But, for profit, this was clearly made to 'look' like an indie.

Be it strategic or luck, in the choice of painterly art,
It induced in many consumers, assessment-based brainfarts.
