A nice, old school dungeon crawl, with a few new school twists. It's a game in the vein of the ancient Eye of the Beholder series, with a focus on puzzle solving. I don't normally like these types of games, so my appreciation for this one is saying a lot.

I’m quite embarrassed to admit it, but I’m really pretty addicted to Plants vs. Zombies... It’s a fairly simple tower defence game, that’s very easy to pick up, but with quite a lot of hidden depth to it. There’s an adventure mode, a lot of mini games, and plenty of unlockable content. Worth a look if you’re after a good casual gaming experience.

Cogs is based on the simple "sliding tiles" puzzle model. The game gets a lot more mileage out of this basic concept, however, by framing each puzzle as a steampunk-styled constructions that must be repaired. Added to this is the fact that the puzzles can be rotated, and often require several sides to be solved together. A large number of challenge modes add replay value. A fun and challenging puzzle game.
