Couldn't understand all the buzz about this game until I sat down and played it (and the first one). Totally lives up to it.

When I first heard of this game months before its release and it was said to be a zombie game more about character interaction, rather than killing zombies, I was immediately turned off. When it finally released though, the reviews I read actually changed my mind... So I took a tiny leap of faith and purchased it. Glad I did. And surprisingly the thing that turned me off about the game (character interaction > shooting dead guys) is exactly what I love most about it. And even though the interactions with zombies may be few, they're done to perfection. Each encounter feels meaningful. Every time a companion dies it is impactful. You feel like you're in a zombie apocalypse! Which, to be honest, I haven't felt from a game before. In other games you're shooting SO many zombies you almost get desensitized to the whole event.

In short:
An extremely unique approach on zombie killing that works perfectly for the Walking Dead franchise. This game is titties.
