If you enjoyed Warbands Multiplayer then this is an improvement worth $23. However thats all there is and will be. There is no campaign or single player anything. Its purely PvP combat, so the answer to "Is it worth it" really comes down to if the idea of a medieval Call of Duty/Battlefield is something that sounds good to you.

Its a very solid improvement on Mount & Blades combat. Its more responsive. Hit boxes and weapon hit detection are more spot on. Archery is vastly improved and the MP battles are fierce and slightly more focused. However it all feels like it should be an add-on to something greater rather than a full game in its own right.

I only just started playing but its basically a more streamlined version of Mount and Blades Multiplayer with a call of duty unlock system.

Saw you playing the War of the Roses beta...how is it? Does it stack up against Mount and Blade?
