1. We post the connect information in an announcement.
2. 12 people join the server.
3. A pug Admin calls spectate which is when everybody joins spectate, the last 2 players to join spectate are medics.
4. Medics fight at the middle point of the map, the winner of the fight gets to pick a player for their team first.
5. Medics then take turns picking members for their team.
When we start up a pug, and you join a few minutes later and the password is incorrect, the pug is FULL!!!

Hey guys, I am currently looking for admins to become part of the Nothing To Do Pugs TF2 team. What I would like to achieve with more admins is to be able to run more pugs for the tf2 community. I'm looking for someone who:
1. Has experience with rcon / running pugs.
2. Can be trusted to run fair, fun pugs.
3. Acts in the interests of the group in hosting, pugs for people of all skill levels
4. Active on steam.
5. Won't abuse their power and turn Nothing To Do Pugs into a shitfest.
