Aleksandros

This game, I can't even sum it into words on just how addicting it actually is. Now I kind of dodged this game expecting it to be another crappy beta/F2P money sink, but I was wrong. Instead the game is good enough that it makes me want to support it. Starcraft+ Dota+ Twin stick shooter= AirMech. The battles are never boring and the game remains intense and interesting throughout. My only regret is that I didn't know about this game sooner. For the first time ever 10/10, going to buy Prime/Starter/and Soundtrack soon enough. Carbon Games if you're reading this, damn fine work.

It says I have around 1.4 hours. But I assure you, it's probably 30 or 40 times that... The game doesn't work right with Steam. But oh is it glorious, I've never had so much fun in an mmorpg ever. No levels,to the extent you can eventually fill up your entire abillity wheel and skill bars. There's no leveling, it's all about the questing, playstyle, customization, and puzzles and gameplay. Might I also add, this game sold me for difficult puzzles. To deciphering morse code, to learning secret phrases or artists, and looking for subtle clues in most unlikely of places. This is not a kids MMO, it's difficult, it feels rewarding, never have I been more in love with a rpg in my life. Inspired by HP Lovecraft and Edgar Allan Poe, you can expect one hell of a dark ride, but feel smart doing it. You'll feel as if you're part of a secret organization eventually, I sure as hell do.

Honestly there's few things keeping this game back. The two is the visuals and the lack of fast progression. Besides those tiny things, the game is amazing. I had played this game around season 3. Which was in 2008 I believe and boy has it changed. This is an old game, but a very good game at that. This game is best played with friends, this game isn't all about combat and fighting monsters. It's essentialy a life away from real life. It does that quite well, the game makes an odd mixture of the Sims and a RPG game. Give it a shot.

From what I've seen, this game does a proper no base building RTS game, compared to say DoW 2. DoW 2 was too damn easy campaign wise, the persistence relied heavily on gear and leveling up. But this game pulls of the tactical map quite well, this game feels a good bit like R.U.S.E, but respects the usage of cover more than say using abilities to your advantage. Losing a single unit fucking sucks, and it should feel that way. Most RTS games you spam things till it dies, I found this advanced micro to be refreshing, but I didn't say any worthwhile rushing tactics present. The game is a challenge, and the weapons feel devastating, a tank should be able to tear apart 30+ men with relative ease, as long they're using HE shells, thing will get chunkified.

It's a great game, challenging, stressful, and feels like a proper post-apocalyptic horror game. Play the game on Hardcore Ranger for full experience, I've done everything in the game... EVERYTHING! Mainly because I'm super excite bike for Last Light, look no further than this, I call it Dark Souls in FPS form. After you learn everything, it's not hard, but it feels like a proper experience on the hardest difficulty. Also, Dark Ones aren't evil, know this and don't be a cunt for good ending.

If you're not a fan of 4x games, there's nothing to touch here. This game is deep, customization, research, and there's plenty of empire management and pursuit and danger. Honestly, the random event thing is quite nice...also a dick. But who said space was easy? Nobody, honestly this game takes some serious reading and learning. If you don't do your research or listen to the tutorials or open the manual that comes with the game. The combat is one of the weaker points, but it's made up for it because you can look at your "tactic card" battle actions before the combat, so prepare before the battle rather than speed read through the cards on a timer, saves your ass in the long run. Example, if your kinetics is weak, try repairing your ship at long range phase for the damage it sustains, once you move in, go full offense. Think steps ahead. This game is hard, challenging and will strain your intelligence, not for the light of heart. (This is essentialy a harder game of CIV) Also, THE DUST MUST FLOW!

A great FPS filled with try-hard 10 year old douchebags who flip their shit when they lose, hilariously this happens quite often and is really quite an enjoyable experience when you look past the shitty community. The game itself is quite fun but it is as said another game ruined by a community who just wont plug their mouth shut and get off their high horse. 4/5 for game -10/5 for community

X3 Terran Conflict has the biggest damn learning curve in any game I've played. Its not a steep hill, it's a damn cliff. You get a brief tutorial and find yourself in this huge environment with plenty of races, ships, items that makes your head spin. This game is so damn hard you'll probably lose your shit before getting anywhere. BUT! When you do get there, oh the sweet rewards. This game is about making hard decisions and making good business decisions. (A marksman's eye never hurt either) A variety of jobs are open to you, escorts, trading, bounty hunting, going on patrols or just being upholding the law. The combat is fun, the visuals are breathtaking, but the voice work is lacking, you'll hear repeated lines and robotic directions constantly, but if you can ignore that and focus on the universal picture. This game is pure gold. I find it sad that you can't land on planets or anything, you're always in the confines of a ship, which seems almost agonizing a bit. Still amazing.

Welcome aboard the ship of cold blooded murder, plenty of weapons to kill your quarry and a sense of claustrophobia may "sink" in, just hopefully not with the ship. Find a weapon, kill the git that's following you and looking at you like your a meal. But do be creative, its more entertaining that way.
This game focuses on the psychopathic paranoid murderer in all of us, slowly you'll find a huge sigh of relief when you kill the person hunting you, finally some breathing room. This game almost makes you wish you were in such a sick game. But it's very fun. 9/10 for murder and fearful driven violence!

As of now, this is a game you should avoid. It is buggy, and requires many patches, I've met with Dan on the forums and he seems to be doing some serious attempts at fixing this game's bugs. This is another example of how the developer does not equal the publisher. He knew the game wasn't ready, yet the publisher (Paradox) wished to push it out. So it's now the one man development team to get the patches done, I hope the best for this game's future. The world needs more steampunk games!

This sure as fuck isn't a reccomendation. This is a review and warning on how this game seriously sucks compared to the previous titles. This is a reskin, mop up, lazy remake of the genius of the first games. No taking the hard road and making your own nation, you can just become a "rebel", Warband buy that before you ever pur your eyes on this. This game could use some serious tweaking, it's based a fictional story of real nations. Sweden, Poland, Russian, and the Crimean Khanat,e that and of course the Cossacks, thing is though... This game balances horribly, a musket ball doesn't go through armor like it should. Even if it is steel, its been proven that a musket ball can and will make it through steel mail. You find yourself blasting at the incoming assholes and they won't fall down dead. Warband has a better balancing system based on army composition and veterancy. All and all, get Warband, fuck F&S.

Where do I start, I bought this game on last Friday from this current point and I have 23.1 or so hours of playing within that time.. This game holds its title of "Just one more turn..." addictive gameplay, now I don't commonly like turn-based gameplay, except maybe Mario Party and these games. Civ has an interesting concept of having a bunch of civilizations have minor or major differences that can change your entire experience. The maps are generated pretty randomly , yeah you can have Earth but not all the resources are at the same spot meaning you can't play anti-social. Well, you can and just take what you need from Civs but thats a fast way to make you feel a lot of pain. The only way to truely win this game is to build everything, as much as you can as fast as you can, and however you want to. Play with a small concentrated empire, or huge vast one. Up to you, but will it stand the test of time? 9/10 for a few tiny bugs.

I need to start playing this more, but overall this game is quite fun. The Wargame table map is this game's winning feature, at times I think the units are too small when zooming in but I still feel that the sense of destruction and fire power is present. Thus far I can really only win with the Germans for their early anti-armor and air. But I think I'll start playing this more. The gameplay is similar to your average RTS select, build, destroy. Point and click annihilation, but like any RTS game, its a deadly game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. A little bonus tier or he who fires first can make the difference. The RUSES are the games iconic "powers" that allow you to pull of nutty deception and make the game different and interesting. Just wish my game could run this game's shaders right. 8/10.

Well, if you're no fan of Call of Duty this isn't anything new! Personally for my own love, the maps are to damn small. But I'll probably get snug and warm into them eventually. This is Call of Duty alright, unbalanced, hair pulling, rage inducing CoD. It does feel rewarding with every kill however and I see myself playing this a lot more.As said, shit is unbalanced in this game and I see a horde of patches coming. The game is fun till some mother-hubbard comes running round the corner with akimbo'd FMG-9's it all goes to shit. Make no mistake this is a shooter and will always be your run and gun death spraying shooter, when everyone is circling the map pointing in the general direction that isnt behind him, odds are you're going to get shot "A LOT". If you can outsmart that factor, and decide to Camp like a smart man then this is the game for you. Happy killings. CoD= Camping on Duty :3
Still a fun game.

This game is a shit ton of fun, if you're no fan of MOBA based games like LoL or DOTA then this game probably won't be for you. Even so I find that this game has a lot more depth then the others, allowing you to upgrade defences and tech tree your army up in the match rather then just focus gold on items for your hero. This can give heroes that are more adept at getting money do more help for their team by buying upgrades. This game is masterly crafted. Every hero feels unique, some may complain due to the lack of them. But this isn't its crux if you ask me, but a plus. It allows you to learn all the heroes faster and get into more heated combat, instead of being iffy on who you're fighting. This focuses on quick violent death, and is much more fast paced then other MOBA games. Lead a squad of minions as a general, or go lone wolf as an assassin. It's entirely up to you, go forth Demigod, earn your Godhood.

With some new weps, some balancing, and some time. This has become easily my favorite zombie game ever made. Slow-Motion kills, brutal kills and death , this game is all about that violent visual gratification you want when you blow up some specimen's skull. Sharpshooter and Beserker take the cake for me in this, nothing quite like chopping heads off and killing big ol Flesh pounds with a crossbow shot. It's simple, buy the damn game.
