I can't stress enough how engaging this game is to play. I first heard about it on NPR several months ago, and had initially dismissed it as another attempt at edutainment made by clueless mediocrities, but in reality Fate of the World is an incredibly in-depth, Magic-meets-Civilization-style strategy game that has kept me interested for far longer than I would have expected. I definitely recommend buying it!
