The Anti-Redirect Server Movement was created after two extremely "popular" TFC servers such as 'The Gas Chamber' and Games-Inside were found to have multiple 'redirect' servers i.e. fake servers that appear full to draw people into the main server (...by redirect...)
TFC has just more than the 'big two' who have to rely on redirect/fake servers to bring in a portion of their traffic - there are servers out there that have very small or zero population that are at least honest and do not use redirects to artificially boost their server rankings.
The point of this group is to help the servers with no or small population by having game nights at these servers and providing traffic/players to servers that don't rely on redirects to get a portion or even all of their traffic.
