I mostly like Flight/Combat simulators.
I also like games that allow me to take control of a submarine and sink ships, so Silent Hunter 3 and Enigma: Rising Tide are on my favorite games list.

I also like First Person Shooters, like Counter-Strike Source, Project: Snowblind, Red Orchestra ect.

Sandbox games like Garrysmod and even Armadillo Run to some extent are also high on my favorite games list. It's just messing with physics that makes everything fun.
