Great for a little "lunch break" strategy fix.
Superb. An outstanding example of polish and substance in an era of broken-on-release and empty, repetitive content.
One of the best "city builder" type games out there. The only reason not to buy this is that Tropico 4 is right around the corner. Even so, it's hard to beat the current price! Play this for a while and then move up to Tropico 4 when it gets cheap... hours and hours of cheap entertainment.
