1) Greifing of any kind is phorhibited and will be banned on sight.
2) Dismantling anothers property will be punished. This is avoidable if both parties agree to a war or agree to another trashing their place.
3) No obsessivly tall structures! This includes OP's
4) If you create something and no longer want it, REMOVE IT. This include OP's.
OP's not following that rule will lose their rights as a breach of not accepting ones responsibilities.
5) If you disagree with any of these rules, you can go else where.

7) To keep the genuine gameplay of minecraft all OP's are forbidden to give items to any players that are not of OP rank.
8) Creative mode is specifically for OP's
That said this will change upon Bukkit releasing their 1.0.0 update so we are able to cap creative rights.
