EDS Servicedesk, How can I help?

We are a group of Agents who work for a company called EDS - Electronic Data Systems (An HP Company). Our job is to support computer problems through the DWP - Department of Work and Pensions, and assist in helping users over the phone with their everyday computer problems.

In our own spare time, we are also game players (You got to have something to take your mind off work). At this current time, we are playing Left4Dead and Team Fortress 2.

We are Deadicated at Left4Dead to kill zombies, or just kill each other at Survival.

In Team Fortress 2, we are dedicated to blasting the shit out of each other if another agent decides to challenge another agent.... Or we could just be having a fun game, who knows...

Never the less, we are a group of people who work with each other, get on well with each other and take the piss out of each other to keep our high spirits up a notch.
