Brothers in Blood - Reconstruction

The Brothers in Blood is under reconstruction, in which there will be a Council to make the larger decisions for the clan, like who is promoted to or demoted from officer, and certain official clan events. What is taking place now, is we are trying to clean up the members list of anyone no longer interested in staying with the clan.
