Yes but if you need the arrow to point elswhere use the polygon tool and erase the extra line like I said.

I see... well it is my work, and we do associate in gmod work--I do the work, and he does the posting of which ever picture seems eligible for comic shit and all. I currently have windows 8, and well never could find a chat bubble what so ever. the purple text is, and if AlexXX has told you so, what the darkness would be saying, and well the darkness is some thing off a game that was inspired by the comic series known as "the darkness", written by topcow productions.

Personally I do not believe him but if it is yours, you really should use speech bubbles or something... the purple text is nigh illegible and the red text is very hard to read... the version of MSPaint that comes with windows 7 has a speech bubble shape, or you can use circle and polygon(to make a triangle) with a white line to erase the extra line from the polygon tool.
