A Left 4 Dead "clan" for my proper teams

Basically, to keep it short and to to the point -

We are about team work, effort, skills, manners, and fun. These five points are the main points I want us to try to stress. We'll take the game seriously under circumstances such as survival and versus and advanced/expert, yet if we like we'll just have good clean fun under easy or normal if we just want to unwind. Mostly we'll probably versus though.

Hence, if we invite you, it means we see unrealized potential in you and we try our best to work together to help you improve to become better, and in exchange to pay it forward.

I'm open to any thoughts and ideas of what to add to this summary.
