Tower defense (without the towers) for those who hate tower defense games. Rescuing survivors and "game board" overworld make for an excellent, always fresh experience in a genre that suffers from mindless repetition.

Beautiful graphics, strategic shooting and level design fine tuned into a humming machine of death. Did I mention the amazing soundtrack that you'll have humming in your head all day long? *Essential* purchase for shooter fans, and fans of indie games and action games in general will find lots of enjoy.

I've been loving the solo game, and apparently the multiplayer is even better, taking inspiration from the mechanics of Guitar Hero and others. Game of the Year for me.
