Furry pride is bullshit. Why? Because what 'furry' normally supposed to be is a goddamn hobby, like stamp collecting or RC cars, not a bloody lifestyle like some treat it like one.
Also, you kids playing Modern Warfare and Black Ops need to play the classics and stop emphasizing graphics over gameplay. You don't know what you are missing, and who cares if they look less pretty, there are source ports and modifications to make it look nice! Not to mention how much Bobby Kotick is an asshole and intending to milk every series under Activision until they are dry as a granny's teat. Do us a favor and support any other publisher that isn't as much as a dick to their developers AND player base as they are.

Scary as fuck and not those cheap jump scares some other games provide. If you like a terrifying atmosphere, the feeling of being alone and having to use wits and stealth to proceed, this is your game. For Penumbra players, you definitely would want to play this as well. Highly recommended!
If you have played the first Dead Space and enjoyed it, you would like the sequel. It leaves off 2 years after the events of the first game, tho I would suggest watching the animated release Dead Space: Aftermath as it has the events between DS1 and just before DS2 as well as Dead Space: Downfall which follows the events before the first game.
There is true zero-G movement in this and a less laggy mouse used for looking around this time around so that's a plus.
On the game, if you loved the atmosphere and terror the game oozes with, go with this.

Who can not say no to the simple gameplay this legendary successor to the original Doom? This classic has one of the largest modding communities and is still active and strong to this day, so there can never be a boring moment if you fire up a custom map to play.
