If you're concerned about the insane prices we have to pay for Valve games in Europe due to the attitude of Valve, and partly also due to The European Commission, allowing Valve to set prices as they want, you might want to consider joining the group 1€ ≠ 1$, and adding FredWP as a friend. Not only is he a very good player and friend, but besides that, he is doing a marvellous job at addressing this problem, and provides a lot of useful information to his friends about the state of this issue at a regular basis.
Please take a look at the group 1€ ≠ 1$, join it and ask your friends to do the same. The more people who participates, the better chances we have.

3 different situations, which are ideal for winning:
1) A witch is startled
2) A tank is attacking
3) A boomer has hit all 4 survivors, and the mob is attacking
If one of these scenarios is actually happening, it's time for a joined attack from all the infected. If you're a Boomer, Smoker or Hunter, go for the (healthiest) survivors still standing, and there's a good chance you'll win.
If you're a Smoker, and you're lucky enough to attack a survivor from below (which rarely happens) you'll stand a good chance of success, because the survivor team will most likely not jump down to help the victim, especially not if they are busy fighting the horde, a tank, a witch or the like. Otherwise whipping your icky tongue from above is always a good idea, especially if you get the opportunity to take out a survivor that has fallen behind, or is badly wounded.
As a Boomer, your chance of hitting your victims increases if you crouch just prior to the puking.
When playing survivor, always stick together. Falling behind, or trying to prove your skills as a loner, will most often prove fatal. Cover your teammates backs, and stay close together at all times.

This group started out to show people were against the very unbalanced prices that came with the currency change on Steam. Right now this group will focus on exposing all the flaws around the Steam platform in the hope it would eventually lead to improvement.
