* It's inconsistent the damage % at which parts need replaced.
* There is no feeling of difference driving the cars depending on damage and tuning
* Having a rating of how well you do which affects your business would be a good next step (eg you can spend more time/money to repair a car, which will affect your bottom line but also maintain a higher reputation with customers.)
* You should be allowed to interact with the customer, even if abstractly (eg if you are repairing the suspension and notice the breaks are worn, you should have to get approval from the customer to repair them, and it should increase cost).
