Natural Selection blends first-person combat with real-time strategy in atmospheric sci-fi environments. It allows one player to become Commander and issue orders to live players from a top-down perspective. The marines use near-future technology like siege cannons and phase gates and the aliens evolve into lifeforms that run on walls, fly and devour marines whole. NS has an orchestral soundtrack by Jeremy Soule and was created by Unknown Worlds Entertainment, Inc.

I got this game for a deal and was surprised to like it but it's addictive. It's a nice quick 15 minutes jump in and jump out kind of game.... perfect for that lag time between teleconference meetings.
Great game on the go. Well, great game in general but especially fun on the go since it runs so well on a laptop/netbook.
