Buy this game.

Portal was brilliant because it was unexpected, Portal 2 was never going to capture that particular magic again.

Portal 2 is bigger is scope, longer in play time, more refined in mechanics, deeper in story, but bigger is not necessarily better. While exploring the history of the Enrichment Center is cool, and Cave Johnson is a funny, funny, man, it consumes too much of the game- mind melting puzzles are better.

This, however, is Portal 2's biggest weakness; too much playtesting. The puzzles don't feel like a challenge, but like you're trying to find The answer that the designer hid, all the while being guided to find the answer- look, it's over there.

While flawed, Portal 2 has momments of brilliance, most of which come in the form of set pieces. The Beginning, the Middle (you'll know it when you see it) and the End are all fantastic and show off what Valve are truely capable of. the game is almost worth it for those momments alone.

Almost. Buy it, but wait for a sale and the DLC.

This is a three-year-old multiplayer team-based FPS game that doesn't feel like a three-year-old multiplayer team-based FPS game thanks to Valve's constant stream of updates that add new weapons, maps, and most importantly hats.

It's fast, frantic, funny, and a word that means 'cartoon violent' beginning with 'F'.

With nine classes, eight game modes 100+ weapons, and more hats than you can fit in a Festive Winter Crate, there's something for everyone.

There's just one caveat: with the current promotion, some of the the best weapons can only be brought- if you haven't got the extra cash, tough luck buddy.

Actually it's worse than that, you can only buy a chance to get them.You buy a key, unlock a crate, and TA DA! It's the item you wanted- except, most likely it's not. Too Bad.
