i sell every unusual hat i have for both cash and unusual offers

1) i will not accept your request if you
a. have private profiler
b. are labled as scammer on steam rep
c. have nothing of value in backpack(ie. promo and/or unusuals)
b. have no comments on profile stating things like "good trader"

2. i will not offer on your hat, if i wanted to, i would have added you instead. if you want to sell, state a price, and if i think it is too high, i would let you know, it is up to you how low you will go, but i do NOT offer

3. i will ONLY accept your request when you are exempted from the criteria above and that you are ONLINE (i check online status regularly), so if you come online and see me still hasnt accepted your friend request, it is because when i saw your request you happen to be offline, just be patient

4. after i added you i would immediately talk to you to sort things out(since i made sure you are online), do not be offended if i remove you after conversation, i need space on my friend list

5. if you are offering me cash for unusual or promo, under NO circumstances that i will go first; we either get a steamrep trsuted middleman or you go first

6. when paying in cash from paypal, the buyer must follow EXACTLY the instructions i have made, otherwise the sale WILL NOT occur, the money will be refunded.
