A fantastic game for those looking for a change from action shooters and are intersted in some puzzle solving.
Jurassic Park: The Game, has a deep, involving plot and characters with their own personalitties, experiences, drives and behavoiurs. Most of the time it is difficult to distinguish what is game and what is cinematic (aside from the obvious "press button X") The dinosaurs, their sounds, the music track and the setting all match the first movie and the new, added story gives fans and newcomers a much deeper insight as to what was happening and what happened after the original movie's cast escaped the island.
Definitely one for the fans, and I highly recommend getting this if you love action games with some not too tricky, but challenging puzzles all the same. That and the dino killing sequences are some of the most awesome cinematics I'll ever see.
Great game, but do not recommend for Australian/New Zealand players where the game is heavily censored. Censor detracts from gameplay MASSIVELY and puts us at a disadvantage to other players.
It's also rife with too-serious players and trolls, whenever I want to play a serious but fun game I always get lumped in with people who just do stuff to annoy you, whenever I want to kid around, I get people who play too seriously and insult you and so on.
Fun game with friends for sure, but the general fanbase is full of horrible people, liars, team killers, trolls, and so on.
If you are a fan of classics, then you should definitely get this game, mind blowing puzzles and an almost living and breathing universe in which to explore. This game got me into gaming back in the 90s.
