This is gonna be a really odd idea maybe, but never know, keep it in mind for if you've tried everything else: since most ppl in the community like you, why not have them sign a petition? I mean in the end, all Valve is trying to do - I think - is to control the community and protect them from scammers. If you get like 50-100 of top backpack people to sign, that might show Valve we think you're important and legit. I say 50-100 top backpacks because those are a high % of legit people who are rather important in the trading economy.
