This game is awesome, free, open, has mod tools and probably no community. As my friend wrote: "This one of those steam games that everyone gets, plays for a day or two, and then completly forgets about it". If it was for one dollar, it would be "mad cheap for such quality" and people from all over the world would be playing and/or extending it for years. But since you get it for free, you finish it couple of times, and it's done. (Workshop support would help)
