It is another year and the same story. Not really any improvement of course. I have come to expect just a big let down in magic each year, as it advances less per year. More of the usual gameplay: worst draws ever for you and the ai will get great draws. I spent many years playing the physical card game, and I have never had the horrible draws you get in the game. These draws are still not random, as you will never draw certain cards in your opening hand. I love magic, but I have lost all confidence in the digital versions.

Realistically, there should be no negative reviews for this game. I would actually just ignore the negative reviews at this point. This game is only $15 and you get so much. It is rare to have a game like this these days. At its core the game is very basic, but there is an art to mastering everything. The developer has given the players unlimited options on how they want to play. You can design the map and specify specifics for each faction. And, if you don't like those, you just start a new map. The other gem here is that you can play single player, p2p, or on servers. Awesome, totally awesome! I mean... argh, I likes the game and the booty!

To this day, this is the best dungeon crawler ever made. It does this by following the key basics for good dungeon crawlers: diverse characters, lots of loot, great bosses, and plenty of dungeons/levels/towns. My favorite thing about Titan Quest is the character choices. You pick two classes that then make your new class, and, with each class, you have multiple skills to choose from. You are never stuck playing a class in a single way. Plus, the lore for Titan Quest is awesome and they really do an amazing job with the level design and monster design. I keep going back to Titan Quest, because there has yet to be a game this great.

Early Access Review
I am still playing through Broforce. It is a great game to play all night or just for 30 minutes. It is a great game to play with your buds and just have fun. The level design is new, fun, and a breath of fresh air. You can easily kill yourself by destroying too much of the ground, but I find it hilarious. I am also huge on 80's action films and this game has most of them. The characters are spot on and you have to love the special abilities. I will continue to play Broforce and just enjoy the ride.

I first played this at the San Diego Comic Con many years ago. I first purchased it on Xbox 360 (played hundreds of hours). Then I switched to PC and I had to have it in my collection. Why? Because it is by far one of the best, if not the best, hack and slash titles ever! The art style is so well done, active global map, every form of multi-player, different characters, tons of weapons, pets, a great story, humor, and too many other great things to list. Castle Crashers is one of those games that will always be good, and easily takes a permanent spot on my all time great games list.

I like to look for good typing/word games. Words for Evil is amazing, as it also has RPG elements. I see this as a highly underrated and unknown game. This game is a mix of Boggle and D&D.

Wizards Of The Coast once again fail to get things right. The play mechanics have gotten really solid though. They also finally added the ability to make your own decks and save multiple decks. My biggest complaint, which I have continued to have, is that you do not get all the cards. I am complaining that you can not use all the cards that are actually in the game. The computer/AI has several decks you will play against. Most of the AI decks have cards that you do not have access to use. Why? I have no idea why they do this. I told Wizards Of The Coast if they did it again I would be done. So, after almost two decades of Magic I am done. I have lost all faith in this company to get thier ♥♥♥♥♥ together, and they only continue to fail year after year. There are so many other options in card type games now that there is no point in giving them a cent of your money.

I literally only play this version because the actual version (official PC version from Wizards that has all the cards) is so much worse. I can't believe that they still, year after year, cannot get this game right. I am a big fan of Magic and use to play with the physical cards. I don't know how they still can't do the one thing everyone wants, which is full deck customiation. Now, I don't expect them to make every card in Magic available. I oly expect them to make all the cards in the current core set available. It is very simple, yet they continue to dissapont. This version improved on some mechanics over the previous one, but it still falls very short from where it should be. The lack of progress betweem each version is getting very old. If the nex version does not fix the severe issues of deck contrustion, game modes, in game control, etc... then I'm done with Magic. It's sad because I really want to play, but they make it so difficult to enjoy.
