In the arcade mode you can initially select from 3 characters that pay homage to Indiana Jones, Castlevania and Ghouls and Ghosts respectively.

That pretty much sums up the game, so just buy it.

A seemingly simple, easy to pick up RTS with mechanics that afford incredible depth. Reminiscent of Total Annihilation (intentionally so, given the inclusion of the signature bertha cannon) and the under appreciated gem perimeter.

There is a great amount of value here for a game of this type. Each level in the campaign introduces a new unit or a new mechanic or just has some kind of unique property to make it interesting which is really the key to any decent RTS campaign. After you 'finish' the main story there is a bounty of user designed maps, wacky beta tester maps and 2 'sectors' of conventional maps with a specific goal in mind, not to mention the ability to design your own maps. Not only is the replay potential limitless it's also really good content in its own right, some of the use made maps are really fun and if you beat it in the fastest time you get to 'claim' it as your own.

If you're into oldschool RTS like red alert 2, starcraft or the aforementioned TA this the ultimate indie game, you wont get a better experience for your money. I honestly can't believe this was developped by one guy given the amount of content squeezed in and the elegance of the design.

Great if you're after an epilepsy simulator, a fun gaming experience though - maybe not...

I like difficult games, indie games, arty weird games and games that generally throw you into the thick of it, this game is all of those things but it commits 2 of the most cardinal game development sins that are compounded terribly by the fact the game is designed to be difficult.

BAD CONTROLS AND BAD CAMERA

This is a recipe for extraordinary frustration, you will die most of the time not because the game is fast paced and challenging but because the camera jumps around, pans and tilts while the controls are terribly imprecise.
