I grew up playing video games and still play video games to this day. I played Sonic all of the time, as those games were absolutely top-notch and still are pretty decent by today's standards. I started to expand outward slowly, and now, I mostly play online games, particularly first-person shooters. Halo caught my attention for some time, but it's got two extreme problems. Firstly, it has a Matchmaking system. Second, BR + Grenades are the only things worth using, as the Battle Rifle is, in fact, the most versatile weapon of all time. Nobody bothers using anything else, and nor should they. Soon, I found Team Fortress 2. The game is absolutely great. It's strategic for once, it's team-based, and no one can actually win by going rambo. My favorite class is the Spy, followed by the Pyro and Scout. Scout and Pyro never interested me in the 360 version, but the Airblast, Flare Gun, and Axtinguisher totally redeemed the Pyro in my book, and the fact that everyone has dead-on aiming on the PC version makes playing Scout a lot more attractive to me as you actually *need* to dodge something for once. I am not very good at the other classes, although I'm a decent Huntsman + Jarate Sniper. I am practicing becoming good at the other classes, but it's definitely hard. The PC version is far more tough than the 360 version. Then, more recently, I started playing Left 4 Dead. When I first picked it up, I was like, "another zombie game; sure, people like it, but it's probably not my type." Well, I was wrong. It's an awesome co-op experience; the best there is to offer, even surpassing the likes of Halo 3.
To this day I really wish that there would be another fantastic Sonic game. People say that Sonic was never good in 3D, but Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 disproved that. Sega is mucking with Sonic Team's affairs and they are messing them up as a result. You should see some Sonic Team member's (or former members) blogs. The rage is amazing. Sega seems to think that Sonic only has a crowd with little kids as a recent interview clearly stated, and they say "as long as we're making good games for them it's okay lol!". So basically, they don't care about the quality, they only care about money. As if we didn't know already, they basically flat-out said it. They also seem to think that they are "satisfying" old veteran fans by giving us compilation by compilation. Well Sega I hate to tell you this but WE DO NOT THROW AWAY OUR CONSOLES. That means we don't need another compilation for every freaking generation of consoles! Stop mucking with us and make an actually *good* game instead of hoarding your stupid money. You'd probably make more money that way anyway to be honest. That also brings up another thing about Valve; they don't milk things for money.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE!*
Let the record show. This group is not against every single wearer of halos...This group is againts what has been put against us and forced us to be branded as "vile cheaters" and such. And of course, we detest the fact that some halo wielders are taking the opportunity to rub it in our faces. So join the group if you wish. But please understand. We don't hate halos. We dislike the way we as a community (the dirty idlers) have been treated with no real warning.
Final Statement regarding the Idler Program...
We used the idler because we did not believe it to be a cheat. We used the idler because we DID want hats, but we couldn't have that opportunity 24/7. So we ended up using it whenever we were busy, AFK, at work or whatnot, when we were asleep. In other words... we used the idler when we could not play tf2. VALVe, however, decides that no matter the circumstances, they will just punish us PERIOD. No warning. No nothing. Just straight up wrath. It is part of the human nature to want such things that make themselves feel special. These hats are a prime example. Some of us in this community that did idle are actually quite avid gamers and fans of tf2. VALVe wanted to get rid of farming for items/achievements. Their answer? The (horrible) new "Random Drops" system and of course: Hats. Since we couldn't farm OR use skill...we had an answer. The Idler. We chose the Idler. That is all...for now....
