I don't see the appeal other reviewers talked about. I'm a half hour in and haven't seen any actual story other than go here to get this random thing that should allow you to defeat some guy. I spent more time trying to figure out where I'm suppose to go with the vague 'quests' than actually doing anything enjoyable. The pixel art is nice and some time went into crafting the music but everything else falls flat.

ik this is a late reply but did you play lord of twilight 3-1 cause this game is adding onto lord of twilight thats probably why you arent seeing actual story yet cause this is a continuation of the actual aveyond story you should play lord of twlight then this one cause it really does have a great story to it
