This does NOT run on a Mac, just hangs an app window for a few seconds then closes. Not happy.
The Steam so called support consists of referring people to essentially endeavour to configure Wine to run the Windows version in a wrapper. That is completely dishonest to offer the game as a native Mac game.

Heya Pompeytid1970 it quite clearly mentions the wrapper in the system requirements.
OS: 10.6.8 or newer
Processor: 1.6 GHz or higher processor
Memory: 1 GB RAM
Graphics: DirectX 9.0 compatible video adapter
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 750 MB available space
Sound Card: n/a
Additional Notes: this product uses a wine wrapper to simplify installation

Many Mac users (and linux users) run Fantasy Grounds just fine. 2 of the developers also use Macs...
