This game is really great in Co-op. while the campaign is really nothing to throw a party about, the voice acting is tolerable in a RE game (Unfortunately), and the set pieces are predictable but at least exciting every time around. The campaign is also replayable- which is a nice bonus. However, the campaign isn't the major replay here: that belongs to the "Mercenaries" mode, which you may remember from RE3/RE4. Here, it's fantastic, albeit much better in Co-op. The points gained from Mercenaries can be put to good use for campaign unlockables, which is an excellent idea, making the campaign even more repayable. All in all, an excellent co-op buy, and a decent singleplayer game to boot.
