Overall my favorite Paradox title: more balanced gameplay than CK2 and better economic simulation than EU4, but you can actually do things besides war, unlike HoI. The two main DLC, Heart of Darkness and A House Divided drastically improve the game, and many concur that they are effectively mandatory to make the game enjoyable.

Also, with mods, you can genocide people - and everyone loves genocide!
