Profile _

Onyx Cheetah

Fernley, Nevada, United States

I'm Onyx Cheetah, a very friendly cheetah. Dun worry- I won't bite (unless I wanna)! ;) My character's age has been seen anywhere from 3 to the higher teens.

I like video games- a lot. I play lots of Forsaken World (as OnyxEternity on Lionheart). I also sometimes play Audiosurf (as Onyx Cheetah), Unreal Tournament 3 (as OnyxCheetah) and Trials 2: Second Edition (as Onyx), and I can also occasionally be seen on RuneScape (as Jdeternity) and Second Life (as Onyx Dirval).

I love achievements. Way more then I should. =P I have over 2000 achievements on Steam, so far, and am always trying to get new achievement games to get more.

In real life I'm 21 and I'm currently trying to move out. Which is hard at the current time...

Went back to Scoregasm today and was finally able to beat the last boss. Amazing how games like this and Jamestown compliment skills and if you learn things in one you can apply it to the other. Scoregasm was fun; somewhat hard at times but it feels really rewarding when you beat the trouble levels. I will be going back for a bit to mess with harder challenges and achievements.

Beat Puzzle Quest today. The AI in the game was horrible, constantly knowing what's coming up next on the board, but was still able to be beaten most of the time. The last boss was a huge pain in the ass too, throwing any sense of skill away to just cheap AI. All together I still got a good amount of enjoyment out of it, though it did go on a little too long.

I beat Puzzle Agent 2. The puzzles still seemed mostly pretty easy, and it was about as short as the first one. I really liked how weird the story got. Creepy at times too. But most definitely weird.

Beat Puzzle Agent tonight. It had a weird, but interesting story. A lot of the puzzles in it were really easy, but there were a few really hard ones that felt out of place with the rest of them.

Stayed up tonight beating Costume Quest and the Grubbins on Ice DLC. I liked the game. It was a simple RPG, but it wasn't simple enough to be boring. I ended up getting all the achievements too, but they were mostly gotten when you collect stuff naturally throughout the game.

Just beat Hydrophobia: Prophecy. It's not as bad as some people led me to believe, but there were some parts that definitely keep it from being great. Unoptomization (expecially with the level streaming) was the biggest issue for me. Voice acting was mostly bad too; there was one character I thought had fine voice acting. Incredibly short though- beat it on normal, and beat the challenge room too, in just under 4 hours.

It's all or nothing.

For those striving to achieve 100% Achievements status in any, or all, steamworks games.

The members of this group will help each other achieve 100% status in any way they can.

In multiplayer games this may involve organising to join a server at a certain time. And for single player games by providing guides and hints.

Some Rules:
* Farming is ok, but exploits are not.
* You must achieve your own achievements. Don't let anyone play your account to do it for you.
* Be Nice.
* Have fun! Remember, the purpose of achievements is enjoyment, and enjoyment only. If you are not having fun, then you are missing the point.

Send us any questions, requests, or information to steamachievements@gmail.com or come and say hi in the Group Chat.

Though semi-abandoned, a small community stays playing this strange multiplayer shooter where Nazi dinosaurs roam and nom your face off. Even with the small amount of people playing, Dino D-Day can be some good mindless fun. Expecially the velociraptor class. (Speed + pounce kills = <3) Just watch out for compys... Seriously.

It may be Free 2 Play, but it can stand up to the big boys. It may look dull looking at the store pictures of it, but once you actually try the game you'll realize it's a lot of fun.

And... even though it's Free 2 Play you never have to spend real money in the game; everything can be bought using in game money if you want. That's an extreme plus to me.

You'll yell, scream, cry, and curse... but you'll love every minute of it.

It has charm, great music, and some of the hardest but best gameplay I've seen in a while. Platformer Game of the Year for 2010.
