Portal 2 is definitely one of the best games you must play before you die.
Not exclusive to Xbox Live Arcade anymore, LIMBO has twisted puzzles and many ways to die. This eerie masterpiece has a 3D mode for red-blue glasses, although using Nvidia 3D Vision works as well.
